Yourr Focus: Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top talent, and conducting initial screenings. Talent Qualification : Work closely with management to identify and qualify top candidates for a variety of roles. Comprehensive Evaluation : Conduct assessments, background checks, reference checks, and handle all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth hiring process. Talent Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Who you are: Experience : At least 2 years of experience with a proven track record of success. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a high-paced, ever-changing environment while consistently delivering positive results. Communication Skills : Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities with ease. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
