As a virtual travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities. You will work remotely and communicate with clients through various digital platforms. Responsibilities: Research and analyze travel options such as flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and activities Provide recommendations based on clients’ preferences and budget Book reservations for clients using online booking systems Manage client itineraries and make any necessary changes or updates Collect payments from clients Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure all bookings adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements: No experience necessary; we provide training. High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree required. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Comfortable using digital platforms such as email, instant messaging apps etc. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Must have good problem solving skills.
